Wise acquires continuous and unit set business forms assets of Victor Printing

The products complement Wise’s current business, which includes prime and durable labels, as well as digital printing.

Wise, a provder of prime and durable labels, business forms, and digital printing, has announced the acquisition of Victor Printing’s continuous and unit set business forms assets effective September 30, 2024.  It is a complement to Wise’s current business. Victor Printing will continue its cut sheet business forms operation along with their commercial printing operations and associated services.

“We are incredibly pleased to add Victor Printing’s continuous and unit set business forms offering and associated customers to the Wise family,” comments Bill Prettyman, chief executive officer and president of Wise. “We look forward to serving and taking care of Victor Printing’s continuous and unit set business forms customers.”

Wise will enhance the product and service offering to Victor Printing customers with additional capabilities.

Founded in 1969, Wise has four regional forms production facilities (Georgia, Indiana, Maine, and Pennsylvania) and two industrial/prime labels and tags production facilities (Indiana and South Carolina) serving the eastern half of the US.
